With the forums and chat online how long will this be un moderated?

We're far to small to moderate the chat and forums, enter and participate freely, Children under the age of 18 should be monitored at all times. If we can not solve any chat or forum issues we could remove these features or block your IP's. Any illegal activities will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
